Shipping costs
Italy: free, with no minimum order.
All other countries: calculated automatically at checkout, based on your country and the type of product.
Customs duties and import taxes
European Union: no customs duties.
Switzerland: duties and import taxes are included in the price — there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Other countries: orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, paid by the buyer.
Processing times
Orders received before 11:00 CET are shipped the same day.
Later orders are shipped on the next working day (Saturdays and public holidays excluded).
Framed maps may need one extra working day, so they can be packed safely.
Delivery times, from dispatch
- Italy: 1–2 working days
- Europe: 2–4 working days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 working days
Tracked shipping
Every order is sent with a tracked courier.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check that your address is correct and complete.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an address error, the cost of re-shipping is paid by the customer.
