Processing times
Orders received by 11:00 AM (CET) ship the same day;
later orders ship the next business day (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
Framed maps may require 1 extra business day to ensure safe packaging.
Delivery times from dispatch
- Italy: 1–2 business days (BRT courier)
- Europe: 2–4 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Tracked and insured shipping
All products are shipped via tracked courier (BRT / Poste Italiane or equivalent).
Framed maps are insured against damage during transit.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping costs
Italy: €6 flat rate · Free shipping for orders over €50.
International: shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and product type.
Customs duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for any additional charges.
Incorrect or missing address
Please make sure the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address, any reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
